Ready to eat and recipes

Approximate time to eat

On the edge of the enclosed card, there is a color that serves as a guideline for tomatoes that are ready to eat. Place it on top of the tomato as shown in the photo, and when it turns a darker red than the curd, it's ready to eat.

The light red color has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, making it suitable for salads and raw food. The dark red one is recommended for pizza, curry, etc., because it becomes richer when heated. The above is only a guideline. Please note that there are individual differences.

Preservation method

Refrigeration slows ripening. You can eat little by little over a long period of time. It is recommended that you eat it in a short period of time because it ripens quickly when stored at room temperature. Eat the tomatoes as fresh as possible before they dry out.
